It is one of the best techniques I know for catching big fish, especially zander, on big deep lakes. Since most large predatory fish hunt in the middle of the water, this is the place to catch them.
Pelagic fishing is a technique that allows us to find the solitary XXL fish with our fishfinder and then lower the bait right over the fish. We always start initially above the deepest holes and from there it makes sense to look for the shallower banks nearby.
